Booking and Paying
Our online store accepts payments for our products. A product will not be dispatched until payment is received.
All other payments for events and entertainment can be arranged by contacting
Event Cancellations
If you let us know at less than fourteen days prior to the date, you may postpone to a mutually suitable date with no financial penalty.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your event a cancellation fee of 50% will be incurred, less any wine cost.
Returns
Wine is a natural product and can vary, whilst this is far less likely with wines under screwcap.
We choose wines that we want you to enjoy. So, if you have any quality issues with wines delivered to you or as a gift, please let us now at to arrange a replacement bottle.
