Great day yesterday. Unpacking bottles in the “cellar” marked for drinking in 2015. A few nice surprises that I am looking forward to trying.
Buying moderately priced bottles and cellaring in the medium to long term can be very rewarding. Not all bottles will benefit from laying down for a few years. Choosing varieties and regions that produce wines suited to cellaring is a good starting point. Both white and red wines are suitable for cellaring.
Do you have a cellaring story you would like to share?
